Judge denied Amber Heard’s request for a mistrial

Judge Penny Ezkarat this Wednesday denied the request for Amber Heard cancel decision result who turned her against ex-husband Johnny Depp.

Judge Azkarate’s response document rejects all claims by the actress, who has filed an appeal with the court.

Hurd’s lawyers submitted a 43-page document condemning the lack of evidence in the case and the unlawful presence of one of the jurors. One of the elements present was not called because the person who should have received the call was another family member with whom he shared a name. This infringement resulted in an application for annulment.
