The “Monumental Gray” is included in the new club brand manual, in its different shades, as a complementary color to white, red and black, which represent River.
This color was taken as a basis, they explained from River, for the total design of the Most Monumental and to continue the trend of other stadiums: Tottenham Hotspurs in London, Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid, SoFI Stadium in California and Areia da Baixada Stadium in Curitiba, among others. others.
“The gray color of the new seats will allow significant savings in the medium and long term since this color has a longer useful life, especially in uncovered stadiums that are affected by UV rays”Brito added.
The remodeling of the Monumental is in phase 1 with 200 workers from Monday to Saturday. The most advanced grandstand is the lower lower Centenario with 90% of the concreting completed. In that same grandstand, in the middle area, a construction fence was placed for the construction of new boxes.
There will be built 30 new boxes and a 500 square meter 24/7 restaurant (interior) with a view of the River neighborhood and playing field, which will include an elevator tower already completed.
The lower lower San Martín has 1/3 of the concreting completed, while the single exit tunnel for the equipment is being built. Meanwhile, from September new seats will be placed.
The work on the lower Lower Sívori has a stage of completed foundations, as has the lower Lower Belgrano, and the concrete for the new frames is currently being executed.
