Actress Robin Griggs, best known for her role as Maggie Corey in Underworld, has died. He was 49 years old.
The actress has already announced her cancer diagnosis in 2020. Last month, she reported that she had four tumors: two in her liver, one in her abdominal muscles, and one in her lymph nodes.
A few days before his death, Griggs reported that his father had taken him to an orphanage.
The news of the death was reported by a friend on 13 August.
Robin Griggs was born on April 30, 1973 in Tunhannock, Pennsylvania, USA. She played Molly in the children’s musical Annie. She co-hosted Nickelodeon’s Rated K: For Kids by Kids from 1986 to 1988.
She participated in the soap opera One Life to Live, being nominated for a Young Artist Award. She gave life to Maggie Corey in the soap opera Outro Mundo, from which she was eventually released in 1995.
The actress retired from acting and returned later, in 2003, to work in horror films. His last role was in 2015.
