Not even in the state cup – the title in the cup competition is a top priority for the Upper Austrian league club every year. In the league, too, Oedt suffered a setback when they lost 2-0 to Wallern. “Of course, no one is happy about being eliminated from the cup,” says Schatas, who can handle pressure well: “As an Oedt coach, pressure is normal. We have to see that we get back on track in the championship.”
With Denys Norenkov (8 games) and Lukas Ried (2 games), regional football club WSC Hertha will have to do without two suspended players after the cup duel against SV Ried in tomorrow’s league in the Young Vikings. The club has lodged a protest against both suspensions. (rawa)
