The father of Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland, Alf-Inge, reacted on social media to the upcoming transfer of Jadon Sancho to Manchester United.
“F * ck. But all the best, Sancho. We’ll miss you,” replied the 48-year-old to a tweet from transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, in which the basic agreement between BVB and the Red Devils is confirmed.

On Thursday morning, BVB announced that United was suitable for a transfer fee of 85 million euros. Further details of the transfer have not yet been announced, according to information from Goal and SPOX Sancho will sign a five-year contract with United until 2026.
“It was the exemplary wish of Jadon (to change to United, d. Red.). We would have liked to keep him,” said BVB managing director Hans-Joachim Watzke with regard to the upcoming departure of the English international.
The 21-year-old moved from Manchester City to Dortmund in the summer of 2017 and has since played 137 competitive games for the Black and Yellows (50 goals, 64 assists).
