Federico Cherubini, sports coordinator at Juventus Turin, has revealed why superstar Cristiano Ronaldo (36) has switched to city rival Manchester United instead of Manchester City.
“The necessary conditions were not given,” said the 50-year-old in an interview with Tuttosport addressed to the efforts of the Cityzens to pull the Portuguese ashore free of charge. United, on the other hand, “behaved differently, like a club with tradition.”
