We are also in the quarter-finals of the state cup,” says Pregarten’s coach Samir Gradascevic. Recently there was a narrow 1-0 win at bottom Stadl-Paura. “The performance wasn’t particularly good, but the important thing is that we won,” said Gradascevic. Today, after two wins in a row, the next three points should be against champions Weißkirchen/Allhaming. Gradascevic: “We want to be among the top seven at the end of the day and get as many points as possible in the fall.”
In the Landesliga Ost, four teams are still waiting for their first win after six rounds, including newly promoted Putzleinsdorf. “As expected, the league is extremely strong. We had to get used to the pace in the first few rounds,” says Putzleinsdorf’s coach Adis Mujkanovic. Tomorrow the Putzleinsdorfer will go to Neuzeug. “I expect an increase in performance compared to the past few weeks, but Neuzeug has a very strong squad,” says Mujkanovic.
Naarn is in first place in the district league east. After being relegated from the state league, the Aichinger team is right back in the top ranks. On Sunday Naarn defended the championship lead in Doppl/Hart.
