The first qualifying series of the TC Pista, five rounds, was won by Santiago Álvarez from Buenos Aires (Dodge), followed by Otto Fritzler and Rodrigo Lugón from Córdoba, both with Ford.
Diego Azar (Torino) from Delvis prevailed in the second battery, escorted by Jeremías Olmedo and Gabriel Gandulia, two Fords.
The winner of the regular stage, Canapino, will start the Gold Cup with 39 points. Benvenuti, Germán Todino (Torino), Mangoni, Urcera and Leonel Pernía (Torino) from Tandil will do so with 8.
