Bayern midfielder Leon Goretzka is making video game history: With the 26-year-old’s card, a gold card with all values over 80 will appear for the first time in the upcoming FIFA 22.
Goretzka receives an upgrade of +3 and has a total strength of 87. In the individual values, the German national player receives 86 for physics, 84 for dribbling, 81 each for speed and defense and 82 each for passing and shooting.

There was also reason to be happy for Goretzka last Thursday. The right foot extended his contract, originally dated next summer, prematurely to 2026.
Goretzka comes from the youth of VfL Bochum, the upcoming Bundesliga opponents of the German record champions, and came to Munich on a free transfer after a commitment at FC Schalke in 2018.
