Under the motto “10 km of overcoming” and with the aim of continuing to be close to the communities in which it operates, AXION energy will celebrate its ten years with a sporting event that will have two modalities so that everyone can participate: 10K Competitive and 3K recreational. The tour of both will begin at the “Club AXION”, Av. Yrigoyen and Estrada (Campana).
Registration will be free and will have a charitable purpose, so a kilo of non-perishable food will be requested to participate and thus collaborate with different non-profit organizations in Campana. All those interested in participating in the 10 km race can pre-register digitally here; while those who want to join the 3k race can do so here, from Tuesday, October 4. In addition, the AXION energy service stations located at Av. Miter 852 in Campana and Av. Libertador 299 in Vicente López (a few meters from Av. General Paz) will be available to confirm registration and pick up the corresponding kit.
To bring families together, the company will organize different activities for the little ones. In addition, during the race, there will be raffles through the refinery’s Instagram account: @AXIONenergyRefinería, as part of the celebration of AXION energy’s 10 years.
“AXION energy 10 km of improvement” will be developed in the town where the company has the most modern refinery in South America. In it, the company made the largest investment in the refining sector in the last thirty years. This allowed it to expand its gasoline and diesel production by 50% and 60%, respectively, in addition to reducing sulfur dioxide emissions by 99% and improving the quality of its products, which meet the highest standards in the world.
