According to an ex-player, Neymar cannot handle the responsibility at Paris Saint-Germain well. He sees a negative development.
Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar has come under fire for his style of play and behavior on the pitch. With Edouard Cisse, who was under contract with PSG between 1997 and 2007, an ex-player attacked the Brazilian and described him as a “spoiled brat”.
It is clear to Cisse that Neymar was a better player during his time at FC Barcelona. In 2017, the offensive star moved from the Catalans to PSG for the world record fee of 222 million euros, where he has so far celebrated several championship titles, but it was not enough for the big hit in the Champions League.

“At Barcelona he was part of a solid structure,” said Cisse. “Neymar played easier even though he dribbled more,” he added. The Brazilian had an easy job: “His job was to pass the first line of defense and then pass the ball to Messi. He did so well that at one point he looked like his doppelganger,” said Cisse.
With the move to Paris, however, there were freedoms for Neymar that were not necessarily good for him, said Cisse. “They gave him the keys and let him do everything. That was too much for him,” said the former PSG player. “He’s a great player, no question about it. But he’s become a spoiled brat who scares everyone else around,” he added.
At the 0-2 in Rennes last weekend, PSG suffered their first Ligue 1 defeat after a perfect start.
