The former midfielder of the Colombian National Team arrives at the Barranquillera institution after passing through River, on loan for one year from Chinese Shenzen FC, a team with which Quintero ended his contract on December 31.
“An agreement has been reached with Juan Fernando Quintero. Junior de Barranquilla will be the ninth club in the career of the midfielder who began his career in Envigado in 2009 to later become one of the promises of Colombian soccer and go through Atlético Nacional, Pescara in Italy, Porto in Portugal, Stade Rennes in France, Independent of Medellín, River and Shenzen of China.
