In the morning there was a regeneration unit under the guidance of the athletics team in a specially designed room in the hotel. There they cycled, worked with fascia rolls and mobilized.
In the afternoon, the LASK kickers went to the training ground one last time – where the black and whites were again welcomed by nice weather. Rain will be reported in Belek starting tomorrow – actually ideal for acclimatizing to the weather conditions in Austria before leaving.
