Tacuary defeated Gral. Caballero JLM 4-2 in the penalty shootout and qualified for the next phase of CONMEBOL – Copa Sudamericana 2023. Patryck Ferreira, Óscar Ruiz, Víctor Hugo Ayala and Marcelo Paredes converted for the winning team, while for the loser spoiled his opportunities Edgar Benítez and Tobías Castellano.
