Does Gurten also slow down Leoben?

“Leoben also has to go to Gurten,” said WSC/Hertha coach Emin Sulimani when his team was slowed down two weeks ago by the Innviertler team at 0-0 in the regional football league title race. On Saturday, the promotion candidate from Styria will be in Gurten – and two Upper Austrian teams will definitely keep their fingers crossed for their local rivals.

The LASK amateurs OÖ (2:1 at SAK Klagenfurt) and WSC/Hertha (2:1 against Treibach) have presented victories. “We’re proud of it when half of Upper Austria is hoping for us. We want to live up to that,” says Gurten coach Peter Madritsch, who can fall back on Fabian Wimmleitner and Simon Schnaitter after suspensions. Jakob Kreuzer is out.

Does a series break?

A top game also rises in the Upper Austrian league on Saturday: Oedt makes a guest appearance at the fourth St. Martin/M. (16.30 o’clock). The Mühlviertler are undefeated in the spring, the Trauner have been unbeaten for 17 Upper Austrian league games.
