The Argentine tennis player Marco Trungelliti was eliminated from the Challenger of Murcia, in Spain, after losing today in the semifinals with the Italian Matteo Arnaldi by 7-6 (7-4) and 6-4.

Trungelliti, born in Santiago del Estero and ranked 217 in the ATP world ranking, lost to Arnaldi (116) after two hours of play in a very close match.

The Murcia Challenger takes place on clay courts, will distribute a total of 73,000 euros in prizes and has Croatian Borna Gojo (117) as the top favorite for the title, who will later play the second semifinal against the Spanish Pablo Llamas Ruiz (274)..
