Everything happened on Saturday at the club located in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of nunez before the start of the meeting between the local and Mariano Moreno in the category M-16.
Witnesses to the incident indicated that it all started when the club’s players CCBA reacted to “insults” from relatives of the visiting team.
During the fight, a collaborator of the Mariano Moreno was attacked by two 16 year old boys and product of the fierce beating fell to the ground and started convulse.
At that time, the parents entered the playing field to separate and move the victim to the Pirovano Hospital where he remains hospitalized under observation, out of danger.
It was confirmed that the prosecutor on duty requested that the case be investigated and a case labeled as “reciprocal injuries in a fight”.
After the serious incidents, the club CCBA issued a statement and warned that sanctions against players are being evaluated for the pitched battle that broke out over the weekend.

“Given the events that occurred today (Saturday) between players of the Club City of Buenos Aires and Mariano Morenoon the occasion of the match of rugby contested between the categories M16 of both institutions and that were labeled as Reciprocal injuries in a fight by the Flagrancia Norte Prosecutor’s Office, we inform that the Board of Directors of the CCBA is aware of the matter and that the measures that will be applied to those involved and the pertinent actions to be taken so that situations like these do not happen again in our club will be communicated as soon as possible,” the entity stated in its Twitter account.
