For years she worked as an aerodynamicist for Williams and Ferrari. At Scuderia, Terzi was “the woman of numbers”. Worked alongside Michael Schumacher for a long time until she switched to Williams in 2002 and took over the management of the aerodynamics department under Technical Director Patrick Head.

For the FW26 of the 2004 season, she developed the legendary “hammerhead” nose. However, the theoretical innovations did not stand up to the reality of the races. After leaving the premier class, Terzi worked for the luxury brand Bentley, among others. Most recently, she was Professor of Aerospace Engineering at Canberra University. She died in the middle of the preparations for moving to Australia.
