The advisor to still-Liverpool professional Georginio Wijnaldum has confirmed that Bayern Munich, among others, put out feelers for the midfielder. Wijnaldum ultimately decided on a free transfer to Paris Saint-Germain, where he signed a three-year contract effective July 1.
“It started relatively early, with Inter Milan showing interest in January,” Humphry Nijman told im Here We Go Podcast to the decision-making process about the future of his client.
