River added 7.3 hectares in Núñez to build a high-performance center for youth

These are 7.3 hectares that will be used for the construction of the new high-performance center for the Training Divisions. They are located a few blocks from the stadium.

The club River Plate signed this Monday an agreement for the free use of a property that is one kilometer from the monumental stadiumwhich will be used for the construction of a first level training center for the formative divisions.

The negotiations initiated by the president of the club, Jorge Britoat the beginning of 2022 they materialized this Monday with the signing of the agreement in which they participated in addition to the holder of RiverThe secretary general Stefano DiCarloWith Eduardo Albanese and Juan DebandiPresident and Vice President of the Administration Agency of State Assets (AABE).

The land has an area of ​​about 74 thousand square meters and they are located on the banks of the Río de la Plata, between Lugones avenue, the Medrano stream and the Federal Tire.

This resolution of AABE is the result of an arduous management of the club that involved the Argentina Armyhe Ministry of Defencethe Secretary of Human Rights of the Nation of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rightsand the State Assets Administration Agencywho was the one who ultimately resolved that these invaluable lands become in the hands of the Núñez entity.
