The Buenos Aires pilot, 39 years old and from the town of Del Viso, achieved a record of 1m. 03s. 902/1000, which prevented him from advancing to the last round of qualifying in which the best position on the grid was decided.

The local Felipe Fraga (Chevrolet) achieved pole position, with a time of 1m. 03s. 003/1000, at an average of 174.735 kilometers per hour, to cover the 3,058-meter length of the route.
The second position corresponded to the also Brazilian Daniel Serra (Chevrolet), at 152/1000, while his compatriot Lucas Foresti (Chevrolet) was third, at 216/1000.
Tomorrow, starting at 11:10, the first competition will start, while the second, with an inverted grid, will start at 11:50.
