After the season is before the season: This Tuesday, Upper Austria’s football association divided the leagues for the 2023/24 season in the lower house after the relegation games played.
In addition to the seven Upper Austrian teams in the Regionalliga Mitte, a total of 360 men’s teams in 26 leagues will take part in the upcoming championship. Compared to last year, the 1b league was dissolved and the 1b teams were regionally integrated into the 2nd classes. The 2nd class Middle East is new.
The starting signal for the coming lower house season has already been set: In the Upper Austrian league and in the state leagues, the autumn season will start on the weekend around April 4th/5th/6th.
