FC Bayern are doing sportily, but the fans are again expressing criticism. It’s about the club’s partnerships with Qatar.
During the home game of FC Bayern Munich against SC Freiburg, there was another poster protest by FCB fans. The focus was once again on the German record champions’ commitment to Qatar.
“For money we wash everything clean” read the poster that was presented in the south curve of the Allianz Arena. It shows Bavaria’s CEO Oliver Kahn and President Herbert Hainer standing around a washing machine.
FC Bayern: Fans with harsh criticism for Qatar engagement
There is a suitcase full of money on the device, pools of blood can be seen on the floor. Hainer has a blood-stained T-shirt in his hand.
The fans of the FCB are protesting again against what usually holds its winter training camp there. In addition, the Qatari airline Qatar Airways has been a Bayern sponsor since 2018.
