How the sanction will be applied
The first article stipulates that “will be punished with fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days of arrest and/or prohibition of attendance from six (6) to twenty (20) dateswho occasionally or systematically causes disturbances, incites a fight, insults or threatens third parties, or in any way affects the normal development of a sporting event”.
