San Isidro Club (SIC) will welcome Newman this afternoon in the outgoing match of date 15 of the Top 12, organized by the Buenos Aires Rugby Union (URBA).
The match will take place starting at 3:30 p.m. at the SIC facilities, in the Buenos Aires town of Boulogne, and will be led by referee Nehuén Jauri Rivero.
The Top 12 resumes after a two-week recess due to the matches that Los Pumas played against South Africa, on Saturdays, July 29 and August 5.
Newman (54) is the leader of the Top 12: he has 12 wins and two losses, against Alumni (29-27) and BAC (34-24).
In the match played in the first round, Newman defeated SIC 19-15.
For its part, the SIC (46) is third and in its last performance it categorically defeated Belgrano (43-17) at home.
Alumni (47), Newman’s escort, will receive San Luis (19) in Tortuguitas, while in Don Torcuato the local Hindu (40) and CASI (32) will star in an attractive match.
They will complete the date Atlético del Rosario (22) against bottom club Pucará (2); in Gonnet, La Plata (20) will be local against CUBA (39); and Buenos Aires (30) will play against Belgrano (43).
