Lanús today made official the arrival of attacker Augusto Lotti, ahead of the next Professional Football League Cup (LPF), which will begin next weekend.
“Augusto Lotti arrived in Lanús”, the club communicated on social networks about the transfer from Cruz Azul, from Mexico.
“We want to enter an international cup, fight for the championship. The illusion is because during the last tournament a competitive team was seen. I was very seduced by being part of Club Lanús”, said the striker on the official website of “Garnet”.
Lotti is one of the four reinforcements of the institution along with Alan Aguerre, Gonzalo Pérez and Felipe Peña Biafore.
In relation to the continuities, the defender Cristian Lema, an emblem in the recent campaign in the Professional League, extended his contract until December 2025.
“Qualifying for an international cup is everyone’s expectation. We must appreciate the work of so many people behind the arrival of the reinforcements. This semester will be to consolidate the good work that was done last semester”, said the president, Luis Chebel, on the official Twitter.
Lanús will integrate zone B of the Professional League Cup and will debut, on a day and time to be confirmed, against San Lorenzo, at home.
