The transponder is the ticket to Dieter Wiekhorst’s new kingdom, to the new sports hall at the Emil Underberg Stadium. Wiekhorst is a member of the board of directors of the Concordia Rheinberg football club, a club in a small town on the Lower Rhine. And he is one of the few who have something to report here.
