Bayern Munich’s new top star Harry Kane celebrates his Bundesliga debut in the opening game of the new season.
As expected, the 30-year-old Englishman is in the starting lineup of the record champions for the game (8.30 p.m. / Sat.1 and DAZN) at Werder Bremen. The German national player Serge Gnabry is not part of the squad because of hip problems, as Bayern announced.
Coach Thomas Tuchel forms his central defense with new signing Minjae Kim and Dayot Upamecano, while national players Leon Goretzka and Joshua Kimmich start in central midfield. Thomas Müller is on the bench after his injury break.
