Led by the multiple mountain running world champion Andrea Mayr, who left 92 men (19th out of 111 mountain runners) behind her on the selective running route, the quartet, which also included paraglider Lisa Fässler, mountain biker Lejla Njemcevic and kayaker Anna Faber, decided the women -Premiere at the 36th Red Bull Dolomitenmann for itself.

More than 30,000 spectators cheered on the athletes. “It’s just nice to be here. The team spirit is in the foreground,” said Mayr. In the men’s category, the foreign team from “Kolland Topsport Future” triumphed.
