It was only in the summer that Hubert Zauner took over the regional soccer team Junge Wikinger Ried – before the away game on Sunday at the WAC amateurs (4 p.m.), the 33-year-old resigned from his coaching position with the Innviertel team today.

According to sports director Wolfgang Fiala, different ideas regarding amateur and combat team squads were said to be the main reasons that led to the amicable separation. JW kicker Julian Baumgartner will look after the Rieder second team on an interim basis in Carinthia.
