Two Summer Grand Prix competitions in Hinzenbach and Daniel Tschofenig was third on the podium twice. Yesterday, after a half-time lead, the Carinthian had to give way to the Swiss Gregor Deschwanden and the Bulgarian Wladimir Zografski.
On Saturday, the Germans Andreas Wellinger and Stephan Leyhe prevented an Austrian triple victory. Jan Hörl and Stefan Kraft followed Tschofenig. The latter ended up in ninth place yesterday.
“This isn’t quite our hill. We can show our potential on a larger scale,” says Tschofenig.
