The professionals at SV Kapfenberg are currently gaining fame, but not necessarily on a sporting level. The Falcons have a tradition of celebrating victories. The “Falcon Dance” is performed in the dressing room after every success, as was the case again after the recent successes against Horn and Dornbirn.
But this time the performance went viral on social media, especially after the 2-0 win at Horn. The “Falkentanz” – based on the Styrian club’s emblem – was danced to the song “Diarabi” by the French rapper Kaaris. Chief choreographer and kit manager Mido Alic took over the direction of the KSV professionals.
The video was shared on Instagram on global football platforms, for example on the US sports giant ESPN or on the football community “433”, which has almost 70 million followers. Even rapper Kaaris thanked KSV for the advertising.
