Likewise, he indicated that he is one hundred percent ready to work but that he needs people to believe in his way of doing things.

“There was no unanimity among the leaders. They called me and four other technicians. They called me out of necessity and not out of conviction. If I thought about myself, I would grab, but I thought about the club and decided that it was not the time”expressed Holan about his reasons why he did not choose to return to Independent a few months ago, when he stopped being the coach of Catholic University of Chile.
“I didn’t take the club because it wasn’t the best for Independiente. What Carlitos (Tevez) is generating with the team can be generated if there is unity”added the former Defense and Justice DT.
And he assured that he did not find out from the leaders when they kicked him out of the club: “I dreamed of doing the same thing as (Marcelo) Gallardo in River. I wanted to stay when they kicked me out of Independiente. I found out from Crónica, it was painful.”
“The balance of assets between purchases and sales in my management is largely positive. I have the peace of mind that my representative did not represent any of the club’s youth. I never entered into a contract”Holan explained.
And he commented that he does not want to be judged for that but as a coach: “Let them judge me by how the players I brought on the playing field performed, not by the contracts that the managers gave them and whether or not they paid those players.”
