BVB can build on their top scorer faster than was initially feared. A comeback against VfL is possible.
Erling Haaland could celebrate his comeback for Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga game against VfL Wolfsburg on Saturday. This is what BVB coach Marco Rose indicated at the press conference on Friday.
“We will have Erling on the bus. He has developed very well in the last few days. He will only have a short assignment at most,” said Rose when asked about the personnel situation at Borussia.

In addition, it could even be enough for a starting eleven a week later in the top duel against FC Bayern. “If he does a short assignment and develops well over the week then he is of course operational,” said Rose.
Haaland recently suffered from problems with the hip flexor. The striker has been out of action since October 23.
At BVB they even feared that Haaland could no longer be used this year. “It would be good if he could play a few more games before Christmas, but that’s unlikely,” said Haaland’s father Alf-Inge at the beginning of November TV2Sport said.
