Fernando Wendt (President), Andrés Patón Urich (1st Vice President), Gustavo Lupetti (2nd Vice President), Ana Visani (General Secretary), Natalia Oulego (Minutes Secretary) and the members of Silvia Serrat, Gabriel Presa, Franco Del Mauro , Gonzalo Peters, Alejandro Salvo, Hugo Bianchini and Douglas Nadin.
And later, at the Annual Ordinary Assembly, and after its new authorities completed the formal steps, and the positive opinion of the Supervisory Commission was read, the treasurer Gastón Arcieri explained the analysis of the balance to those present, who gave details of the financial state and announced the result of a surplus of 308,633,828 pesos, which was approved unanimously.
