After the cancellation of the women’s downhill race on Saturday, the program on Sunday will also be disrupted by the wind. First, the procedure before the race was postponed by an hour and the start time of the World Cup downhill with the finish in Cervinia (Italy) was rescheduled at 12 p.m. (live ORF 1).
Last year, due to the weather, no World Cup races were possible on the Matterhorn; this year, both men’s downhill runs were canceled the previous week.
