The organization of the Argentine Cup defined that the final between Estudiantes and Defensa y Justicia will be played next Wednesday, December 13 at 9:10 p.m. at the Néstor Díaz Pérez stadium in Lanús.
The 2023 edition of the federal tournament is about to come to an end and its organization confirmed that the defining match between “Pincha” and “Halcón” will be played on the Lanús field next Wednesday at 9:10 p.m.
After several comings and goings with the Agency for the Prevention of Violence in Sports ( PREVENT ), it ended up giving guarantees about the security operation planned for the meeting. The entity had stated that it would not be in office before the change of government, which will take place on December 10.
In a statement, the PREVENT reported that “despite not being in office since 12/10, its owner Eduardo Aparicio also guarantees the organization of the final of the Argentine Cup to be played on 12/13 at the Lanús club stadium.”
Furthermore, the organization highlighted “the good predisposition of the elected Mayor, Julián Álvarez for giving the go-ahead for it to be played in the Municipality”.
