Former Dutch international Andy van der Meyde has appeared on the Dutch TV show VTBL tells a funny anecdote from his time together with Zlatan Ibrahimovic at Ajax Amsterdam.
“When we were at Ajax, I always sat next to Zlatan on the bus,” said the now 41-year-old. “Once when he was sleeping I got gay tendencies and just kissed him on the mouth. Seconds later, I got a couple of slaps.”
Ibrahimovic currently under contract with Milan
Ibrahimovic and Van der Meyde played together for two years for Ajax from 2001 to 2003 before the latter moved to Inter Milan.
While Van der Meyde had already ended his career in 2012 and had a serious crash in the meantime, the 39-year-old Ibrahimovic still plays for AC Milan.
