Honda driver Ricky Brabec now extended his previous narrow lead in the overall standings over Ross Branch (Hero) to over seven minutes. Brabec’s teammate Adrien van Beveren took the day’s victory, while Toby Price came fourth as the best KTM rider. Overall, Kevin Benavides is still the strongest man in the Innviertel region in fifth place. HSV Ried rider Tobias Ebster is further ahead in the motorcycle category of riders who can manage without outside help.
In the cars, Sebastien Loeb (Prodrive) celebrated his fourth stage triumph, but leader Carlos Sainz’s lead is still comfortable.
