Maksym Talowjerow will stay at LASK beyond the summer: The athletes exercised the purchase option in the loan agreement with Slavia Prague, and the 23-year-old signed with the Linzers until the summer of 2027.
The defender, on loan from the Czech first division club for the second time in late summer, took advantage of his chance when Felix Luckeneder was injured: Since then he has been a regular in the defense – and stormed into the Ukrainian national team. “With his strengths, he fits our game idea perfectly,” said sports director Radovan Vujanovic, explaining the fixed acquisition. “It will bring us a lot of joy in the future.”
Second Slavia loan player permanently signed
Talowjerow is the second player that LASK signed after a loan with a purchase option from Slavia Prague: Moses Usor only moved to Linz permanently in November, and the 22-year-old Nigerian signed until the summer of 2028.
