The club Velez Sarsfield announced this afternoon that it will preventively separate the players included in the sexual abuse complaint.

A young sports journalist reported that she was abused by four “Fortín” players in the early hours of last Sunday, in a renowned hotel in Tucuman. The reported players are Sebastián Sosa, Abiel Osorio, José Florentín and Brian Cufré.

“Given the seriousness of the complaint, the Board of Directors of Club Atlético Vélez Sarsfield immediately made itself available to the Justice of Tucumán to provide all the information and relevant elements to be able to contribute to the investigation and clarification of the case and determine the corresponding responsibilities. .

Likewise, within the framework of the Institution’s protocol for action in cases of gender-based violence, it is reported that it has been decided to preventively separate the players mentioned in the complaint from the professional squad, Sebastián Sosa, Braian Cufré, Abiel Osorio and José Ignacio Florentín.
