“I have three fractures. Two fell on the fibula, one on the ankle. When he fell, he heard a strong crunch and felt the most terrible pain, he could not get up. At that time I thought it was a sprain, well, I broke the maximum of the ligament, ”REN TV quotes Vildanov as saying.
The boxer thanked the people who helped bring him to the ambulance. According to Vildanov, he is not discouraged and plans to “heal his leg.”
“The fracture is temporary, my spirit is strong. Max, I will definitely give you revenge, and you will not get off with such an easy victory that I hurt my leg like that, ”Vildanov concluded.
Earlier that day, doctors diagnosed Vildanov with a broken leg. After a medical examination at the hospital, the boxer was offered hospitalization, but he refused, saying that he would undergo treatment at home.
They put a plaster cast on his broken leg – now Vildanov will have to walk on crutches for some time. The athlete has a double fracture of the fibula. Vildanov reported that he fell not from a blow, but from the fact that he put his foot incorrectly and stumbled.
During the fight in the framework of the Storm on the Volga tournament in Samara, Vildanov suffered a leg injury when falling, which is why the fight was stopped and Shcherbakov was awarded the victory.
