In the allegations, the complaint had requested the maximum penalty provided for the crimes of aggravated coercion, damage, threats, disobedience and illegal possession of weapons for which he is charged, eight years and six months in prison.

While the prosecutor Marcela Dimundo required a sentence of six years in prison.
