The complaint against Gonzalo Montiel
The incident would have occurred on January 1, 2019. The complainant confirmed the complaint in March of last year, and since then Montiel has been charged with “sexual abuse with carnal access aggravated by the participation of two or more people.”
The defending world champion had appeared to testify in June last year, denying all accusations. From the La Matanza prosecutor’s office, they had stated: ““an informative statement was received, since at the moment there are not sufficient elements or strong indications of the commission of a crime.”
