As the SportBild reported, the club from the Turkish metropolis is currently not a real option for the long-time DFB coach.
Instead, according to the sports magazine, Löw is apparently waiting for an offer from a more prestigious club. Accordingly, the German should primarily prefer the two major Spanish clubs Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Löw: Fenerbahce not an issue – top club or Bundesliga return?
A return to the Bundesliga is classified as unlikely, since for image reasons only Bayern and BVB would be considered. Otherwise it could be loud for the 61-year-old SportBild only ambitious projects like those of RB Leipzig and Hertha BSC will be of interest.
Löw had already trained Fenerbahce in the 1998/99 season. According to the Picture newspaper he told friends that he would like to work in Turkey again.
