The president of Independent, Nestor Grindettiwarned about the delicate situation of the club’s finances and clarified that it will not be easy for the Avellaneda entity to incorporate into the pass market because of the inhibitions he must face.
“We need time to lift the inhibitions we inherited”explained the Red boss in communication with DSports Radio 103.1 FM.
Independiente needs more than five million dollars to pay off the debts and be able to incorporate. Faced with this context, he stated that “the two major inhibitions that fell are very complex.”
“It is an amount of money that Independiente does not have today. As long as they do not stand up, we will not be able to incorporate anyone. Carlos (Tevez) understands this and puts his chest into the situation,” he remarked.
Despite this panorama, Grindetti was optimistic: “God willing, we are going to enter an international cup and that is income that the club needs. From that moment on things are going to be much better”.
