The organizing committee announced that tickets reserved for participants in the Olympic Games will finally be sold. The big event will begin on July 26.
Thousands of new entries for Olympic Games Paris 2024which will begin in less than two months (July 26-August 11), will be put on sale every Thursday, the organizers announced this Wednesday.
These tickets largely come from places that had been reserved by different actors in the Olympic Games, but that ultimately will not be used, the organizing committee said.
Artistic gymnastics, rugby seven, beach volleyball, basketball, skateboard, BMX, handball, athletics… the new ticket package targets most sports.
On Thursday, May 30, the first day of this operation (on the website tickets.paris2024.org), more than “40,000 tickets will go on sale, of which 30,000 in sports or categories of seats currently sold out ‘(sold out)’, stated the Paris 2024 organizing committee.
So far, 8.3 million tickets have been sold out of the 10 million planned in total.
