The South American Football Confederation announced the sale of more than one million tickets for the Group Stage, Quarterfinal, Semifinal, Third Place and Final matches of the CONMEBOL Copa América 2024.

It is also a fact that renews our commitment to offering a unique, unforgettable CONMEBOL Copa América, worthy of the rich history of the oldest national team tournament in the world. “The entire planet will experience a sports festival of global impact and countless soccer fans throughout America will enjoy this experience through different unprecedented programs and activities,” he commented. Marketing of tickets started on February 28 on the official website of the Cup America and in the first instance they could be purchased for the group stage, quarterfinals, semifinals and the third place match.

During the 78th Congress of Conmebol, Domínguez, in early April, Domínguez announced that 750,000 tickets had already been purchased and indicated that they expected to sell approximately 1,500,000. Meanwhile, on May 1, tickets for the final of the continental tournament went on sale.

The tournament will begin next Thursday, June 20, with the match between Argentina and Canada, which will be played at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, in Miami Gardens, Florida.

The Copa América will feature the participation of the ten teams from the Member Associations of the Confederation, in addition to six invited teams from Concacaf.

The Group Stage will go from June 20 to July 2, followed by the Quarterfinals that will be between July 4 and 6, which will give way to the Semifinals that will be played between July 9 and 10. Third Place, for its part, is scheduled for July 13 and the Grand Final for the 14th of the same month, completing 32 matches in 25 days of competition.
