After the fall, the doctors arrived at the scene and found the Talleres fan with few vital signs, so the urgent transfer was ordered. Once in the ambulance he was admitted to the shock room, but they were unable to revive him and he died in the Emergency Hospital where he suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest.

After the tragic episode, the club confirmed the news and said goodbye to the fan: “The Albiazul community embraces the Rebuelto family with pain and sadness for the death of Gonzalo Alfonso. Our partner suffered a decompensation in the South Grandstand”.
