At the same time, in said operation against Islamic Statethe Spanish Civil Guard stopped nine people in Salt (Girona), Algeciras (Cádiz), Antas (Almería) and Tenerife.
Likewise, a poster found during the operation indicated plans to attack the Santiago Bernabéu with improvised explosives.
In this context, two of the detainees are in provisional prison, and the Civil Guard collaborated with Europol, FBI and authorities from several countries to investigate his intentions and whereabouts.
